This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use the service. Real-money play is not available to residents of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Curaçao, and a number of other restricted territories listed in our full eligibility policy. Accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction, including by falsifying your geolocation, may result in forfeiture of winnings and account suspension. Each person may hold only one account, and you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age at any point, and to restrict, suspend, or close any account that fails verification or breaches these terms. No withdrawal is processed until the account has passed full KYC verification, which may include submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and, where required, a selfie with identity document or video verification. Requested documents must be supplied within 15 days of our request.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is €15. The general entry-level minimum deposit is €10, subject to variation by country and payment method. Deposits credit instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits below the minimum shown on the deposit page cannot be processed and cannot be returned. The minimum withdrawal is €50 or the equivalent in your account currency. We process withdrawal requests within 72 hours on our side, after which additional time may apply depending on your payment provider or receiving bank. Withdrawal limits apply per day, per week, and per month. The current limits for your account are shown in the Withdrawal section of the cashier and increase with your loyalty rank, with Gold 2 and above receiving increased limits and priority processing. Wins above €10 000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10 000 per month. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and payment instruments must be solely and personally owned by you. Deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be processed, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published alongside that promotion, but the following standard rules apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, which must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited if wagering is not completed within this period. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round is €5 (or 10 CAD, 10 AUD, or 5 CHF). Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings is 10 times the bonus amount. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first. A player may cancel a bonus without losing their own deposited funds, but withdrawing a deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and any winnings generated from it. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to clear wagering, exploiting software errors, or operating multiple accounts.
Responsible gambling
We provide a range of responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, playtime limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Full details of each tool and how to activate it are set out on our dedicated Responsible Gambling page, linked in the site footer. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately on receipt. Once an exclusion is active, we take reasonable steps to prevent new accounts being opened by the same person, though you remain responsible for not circumventing the exclusion. No prize is awarded in respect of a win that occurs while a cooling-off period is active on your account. For support with responsible gambling, visit connexontario.ca or responsiblegambling.org.
Dispute resolution
Complaints must be submitted in the first instance to our customer support team, available 24 hours a day via live chat or email. If front-line support cannot resolve a complaint immediately, it is escalated within the support department and you are kept informed of its progress. If a complaint cannot be resolved at management level, you may refer it to an independent body, the relevant gaming authority, or the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator. Our server logs and records constitute the final authority on the outcome of any disputed game round. Full details of the complaints process are set out in our Dispute Resolution document, linked in the site footer.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you of material changes by email to the address registered on your account or by a notice posted on the site. The updated terms take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
